All of our items ship from Cotati, California. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Wednesday through Saturday. If you would like to pickup your item, pickup is available next day, Wednesday through Sunday, 10am-4pm. If you would like same day pickup, please text us before placing your order! 707.772.6256

If you receive a defective item, please let us know within one (1) week of receiving the item in order to have it replaced. No returns or refunds due to the nature and use of our products.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance when you check out in order to protect your items. Once items have left our shop, we are not liable for them.
If your item is returned by the shipping service is rejected or undeliverable, items will not be reshipped until you re-verify your address and pay any additional shipping fees.

Because of the nature of permanent makeup, we do not allow any returns. If your product is faulty, we are happy to replace it for you, and will provide a shipping label for you to mail back the defective product.
Everything we sell are products we actually use in our shop every day! We only wanted to carry the product that have stood up to regular use, and that we are excited to use.
Absolutely! We are located right off the freeway in Cotati, CA, near Santa Rosa. All artists see clients by appointment only, so we do ask that you complete your order online and it will be ready for you to pick up the next day (closed Monday/Tuesday).
